  We highly recommend Brian! After attempting to sell our home by owner for over a month, Brian got an over-full-price offer within a week of taking the listing. We ended up with a net profit more than if we would have sold it ourselves. Brian handled all negotiations and scheduling of agreed upon repairs. He even called multiple contractors to guarantee we were getting a good price. The amount of stress that Brian eliminated for us cannot be measured! He has also stayed in constant contact throughout the buying process and we are set to move into our dream house in a week!
