  This was my first time encountering an Extended Stay. The rooms are modest, but large and I would say good value for the money. This was pretty much what I was looking for in regards to location (next to O'Hare), budget and amenities. Hannah at the front desk helped with check in. She was super friendly and helpful and definitely gave a great impression and welcome for this stay. I'll come back if I'm passing through again.

  Staff was very helpful and understanding. I missed my flight and they were able to give me a discounted rate for two nights and work with me on reservation logistics. Marco was especially helpful. He helped me get situated and was accommodating to my requests. I probably bugged him 3-4x through his shift but he was glad to help every time. Great hotel, clean, awesome staff, nice location. Recommended.

  Staff was great! The price was very affordable. The room was clean and smelled really nice. All of the appliances worked well. The bathroom was fully stocked with towels and toiletries. However, for breakfast they only serve coffee and muffins. Breakfast choices need to include more of a variety.

  John, the Assistant General Manager at Extended Stay Chicago Ohare Allstate Arena is the most professional, kind, considerate & helpful person that I have met in a very long time. John and his staff at the front desk, the drivers & the housekeeping staff renders EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE on a daily basis. John goes above and beyond the call of duty for his guests & he is very attentive to all of their needs. I wish I could give John and his staff a 10 star rating but 5 Stars is the highest rating that is available. Jorge at the front desk is also very helpful, kind and professional. I don’t remember all of the staff members names but all of them are great! Nate the General Manager is also very kind, helpful and professional. Thanks to all of you for your Exceptional Customer Service!
