  I can't begin to tell everyone about the professionalism of this company. My first call was when half of my house lost electric. I called them when others never called me back. The woman who answered the phone asked a lot of questions and then told me some things I should try before they sent someone out. One of her suggestions worked. I was thrilled as electrical work is expensive. My second issue was that I wanted someone to install radiant heat to an outside entryway of my house. I called many local electricians and flooring companies and was told by the ones that did answer my calls that it could not be done on an all electric home. When I called Shafnisky they made an appointment, showed up on time, and told me I could do this myself. Tom showed me what to look for when buying the product and exactly what I would need and how much I would need to do the job. They did not charge me either time. I recommend them 100%.

  We want to take a minute to tell you about the 2 technicians, Matt and Dan, who installed the cameras.
  They did an outstanding job. The daytime temperature reached 98 with a heat index of 105 on Monday 7/2. These guys were outside in the heat and up in the storage area above my garage (125 to 135 degrees) all day pulling wire and mounting the cameras. To say it was hot is an understatement. They certainly earned their money and then some. And never a word from them about the heat or complaint about how hot it was.
  All we could do is offer them water all day and thanked them when the job was done.
  We will certainly keep Shafnisky Electric in mind for our next job. Thanks again.

  Called Shafnisky Electric To Do A Small Job At My Shop. Talked To Tom On The Phone. Was Very Helpful To Answer All My Questions And Concerns. Made And Appointment To look At My Job. Came And Gave Me a Estimate. Did The Job The Next Day. Very Happy With The Professionalism This Company Has. I Highly Recommend Them.

  I had an electrical issue with my hot water heater on the night before thanksgiving. I called several “24/7” companies that same night, only to be told the on-call worker would call me back and I never received a call. The next day, on thanksgiving, I called Shafnisky Electric with the expectation that nobody would come to fix this issue on a holiday.... but to my surprise, I got a call back from Tom (the owner) promptly and he came and fixed my issue personally on a holiday. He was personable, quick, efficient, professional and gained a customer for life. I wasn’t expecting to get service that day, let alone from the owner of the company. The experience left me without an ounce of an urge to go elsewhere for my electrical needs in the future. Cudos to Shafnisky!!!

  Excellent work! The electricians were diligent, professional and respectful! They were easily approachable, listened well and explained everything perfectly. They made as few cuts as possible and cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. My wife and I were both comfortable with them in our home and would recommend them to anyone in need of electric work!
