  This facility is above par in many areas. The nursing and recreation are the best parts.

  Thank you for taking care of mom! Southgate you guys are amazing. Clean, friendly, always there with a smile no matter the time no matter the need. Good food too! I appreciate all that. Them rehab staff are super. Staff top to bottom the best. Great experience. Will be back, be sure of that. Keep it up!

  Wonderful Experience. I must say, I was very nervous about bringing my sister her, as I know what I read in the newspapers. This place is unbelievable. The nurses are so caring the staff is always available, and any issues that arise are handled in quick fashion. Thank you guys for all you do!

  I was scared when I learned my mom had to go to a skilled nursing facility after her hip surgery. After researching the local nursing homes, I chose Southgate. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The staff was always attentive to her needs. My mom received therapy six days a week and now she is back to her normal self. I would highly recommend this facility to others.
