  Most of the staff are wonderful especially Nikki the PCT. She is attentive caring and knowledgeable. I feel at ease when she is taking care of my sister who is a patient there.
  I sm also pleased with Felicia the patient advocate. She is genuinely concerned with the patients ' well being. She is caring and answers our questions and concerns. I took away one star because there are one or 2 individuals that don't seem to have passion for their job choice.

  To be fair I would recommend Kindred.
  During my time majority of my care team took good care of me. The food was great and my room was a nice size and was always clean.

  I appreciate all of the ladies for taking the time to talk to me and just being polite,and professional.
  A week ago I was so upset signing out and Ruth at the front desk took the time just to see if I was okay. The moment I walked through the doors I was greeted warmly.
  To me there’s a couple of bad apple who works here but there’s also allot of good ones, some of the nurses and cna’s. But I’m glad I was treated kindly.

  A family member spent two weeks at Kindred Hospital.
  He recovered physically and mentally - much of which is due to the caring and patient work of the nurses, therapists, doctors, helpers and staff there. Everyone we encountered was friendly, caring and helpful, and we are very grateful. Their hard work helped him gain strength, mobility and cognition - enough for him to go straight home.
  
  The facility is nice. The cafeteria has short hours (take snacks for evening visits), but the food reminded me of home warm and homemade . There's a sitting area outside of rehab were I went to take a breather. Therapists were eager to answer questions, and to work with me on modifications to make at home and any training I needed. His case manager stayed in touch with me , and was very helpful with the arrangements.
  
  I would recommend Kindred Northlake with confidence.
