  Had a great time at the outdoor movie night! “The Last Jedi” may not be everyone’s favorite Star Wars movie, but I hadn’t seen it til then and it was a fun way to watch! Looking forward to the next event!

  Lake Ridge is wonderful community that offers tons of amenities. I just can't agree with the negative reviews below. We have 5 GORGEOUS well-maintained pools, a splash park, tennis courts, huge playground, mini-playgrounds, updated community centers and tons of walking trails for residents to enjoy. Sidewalks are maintained throughout, streets are frequently repaved, common area landscaping is refreshed then watered regularly, doggy poop boxes are everywhere and regularly emptied. If you take the time to say hello to our landscaping/maintenance team you'll find they are friendly and always stop their equipment as you walk by so you don't get covered in dust. Additionally, our HOA runs a premier pre-school and summer camp. It also offers movie nights, Easter Egg hunts, photo ops with Santa, community yard sales and many other seasonal events. Our monthly newsletter advertises tons of Lake Ridge clubs. I mean REALLY what else do you want? I've always found the HOA staff to be friendly and responsive. I have however noticed residents entering our HOA office and treating employees dismissively like they work for the IRS and blaming them for neighbors that leave trash or dog poop in common areas as if the HOA has policing powers which is not fair. I'm so grateful to raise my family within this HOA.
