Village of Churchills Choice

Great apartment!

The village at Churchill has its pros and cons however it’s a Very safe neighborhood walking distance from small shopping center with a Amish market (excellent food especial for Mom looking for organic products for your little angels try here). The walls are thin however I love the fact of the elevator and maintenance is on point clean quiet family oriented just a wonderful apartment complex and the staff are very professional and friendly

I lived at Churchills Choice for about a year and overall I liked it there. I had the rims stolen off my car and another one of my cars vandalized, but that aside I really liked it. It is in a very nice and quiet area. I also have dogs so it was great that I could go out the old golf course in the back and just let my dogs run free. There was also a park that was in walking distance that the family and I enjoyed going to. As for the apartments, they weren't bad. The only issues I had was the hallway ALWAYS smelled like weed, the neighbors below me always came up to complain about walking too hard, and when you or the neighbors turned on the water you could hear the pipes banging in the wall. The management staff the Churchills Choice was great, especially Ms. Karen. If I had any problem she was always right on and it didn't take me having to constantly having to follow up, which I loved about it there. The prices are very reasonable and the apartments are very spacious. Oh, I was very disappointed with the gym or the lack there of. Aside from all that, I would recommend it there.
