The owners and coaches are very motivational and encouraging. They make sure each exercise is done correct to enhance the workout and prevent injury.

Most days not to crowded good staff and most of not all the people working out are friendly.

I absolutely love working out over here. All the equipment is very clean and tidy. It's never very busy. And the staff are very helpful. I don't recall if they have a squat rack because I always Skip Leg Day of course. But all other free weights are there.

Now I just have to force myself to go back and work out!
