Took my 5 yr old son for an exam a few days ago and it was a great experience. Dr Baird was great with him and patient! He explained everything so I could understand. The girl at the front desk was super helpful and personable.

Dr Baird is great and explains the issues and the exam expertly. Jane is a great customer service/insurance staff member. I will continue to return! I've had glasses and eye exams for 56 years, and they are the best!

Dr. Baird is very knowledgeable and thorough with his exams. Easy to speak to and doesn't rush with answers. I would highly recommend this office for all you eye care needs. Great selection of glasses also!

Baird Optical is great. Courteous, professional and punctual. Helpful and honest advice, and no pushy sales pitch. Exactly the experience I was hoping for as a new patient. Bonus points, they run a charity fund to provide eyeglasses for kids to help them do better in school.

We had a wonderful experience at Baird Optical. Dr. Baird was great with my kids. He was so patient and happy to answer all of my son’s questions during his exam. When my son asked if he could get a monocle instead of glasses, we all had a good laugh, but to my son’s delight, when we picked up his glasses, there was a monocle in his case. It was so thoughtful and it made my son so happy. We are new to the area so I’m so glad we found this great eye care provider. We won’t be going anywhere else. Highly recommend!
