  Audrey has changed my life. I was riddled with stomach problems and anxiety issues for years. Since seeing her my stomach has been perfect, and my anxiety levels have been diminished to the point I feel like a normal person again. It has been a long time since I have felt so good. I can't recommmed her enough.

  I started seeing Audrey in June. I have lost just about 15 lbs so far with her help. She is has been so helpful with everything especially explaining why fat builds up and how the weight loss process works. I feel happier that I am doing things the healthy way. She provides the tools and the education to help you want to and be able to lose the weight, get healthy and enjoy the process. Highly recommended!

  Audrey is great. I have been looking for this kind of guidance for a long time and have finally found the right resource. Doctors just don't get it or don't have the knowledge. Audrey does. The prices are good too compared with most traditional practioners. If you are ready for an alternative, give her a try, you will not be disappointed.

  Hello,
  I have been seeing Audrey for a month now. My first time going to see her, I was so nervous and afraid of what she was going to tell me. After telling her everything I eat and do for excercise, she immediately came up with a plan to make my eating habits better. We completely changed my diet in a matter of minutes. I no longer need caffeine in my diet at all and I haven't had any since starting to see Audrey. This past visit was more focusing on portion control. Once I was able to eat the right things it is easy to measure out my portions too. Breakfast is one of my biggest struggles, but Audrey is always sending me new ideas or shakes to try to keep me going. Audrey and I now have our own Pinterest board that she posts new recipes to keep me going. Audrey has also sent me at home workouts to try too. I have a much better mind set after my visits with Audrey and looking forward to seeing her again to continue my success! I will definitely recommend Audrey to anyone trying to make a life time change!! Thanks again Audrey for all you do!!
