  Came here for the first time not knowing what to expect but was put through an actual "perfect" workout based on my own body type and abilities. I was greeted by Lucas who really knows what he's doing and is very friendly! Looking forward to keeping this up and seeing where it takes me.

  The twice a week workout has made a major difference in my strength. Lucas and Devin keep the exercises interesting and make sure they're being done correctly so that I get the maximum results. I have recommended this program to my friends. It's made a difference in my life.

  I have had nothing but good experiences at The Perfect Workout! My personal trainer is Lucas and he has been very helpful not only in our sessions but also outside of our sessions as well, providing great health advice regarding my diet and overall lifestyle choices. The studio is always clean and organized, and it helps that Lucas has always been prepared and on top of setting up the weights before I arrived.
