  The old management was not so good. The new management seems to be listening to the needs of the tenants. I had major issues with my apartment and just got no where before but they have really stepped up there game. She came down and went through every issue I had and resolved all but one but that is still in the works as it's a very difficult situation. The vanity was replaced the fridge was replaced the washing machine replaced stairs where fixed properly the bathroom shower and faucet fixed. I was notified before these repairs where made and the maintenance man did a great job and made sure my cat didnt get out. My only recommendation for our Montgomery woods management is that they would get Verizon fios in our community. Comcast is expensive and very slow. Fiber cable in here would never be slow and the TV would be clear. To the new management keep up the great work things are looking up!!! GREAT JOB.
