  I’ve had an amazing time during my demo. I personally joined to tone and for some stress relief. Trainer is definitely challenging, but it’s also fun. I would strongly recommend if you enjoy boxing.

  A great experience and an even better workout. 9 round is a great stress reliever, sweat inducer, morale booster. Why didn't I join sooner..!?!?!

  I've never sweated so much in my entire life!!! ???????? Def the best workout I've ever done, it's fun & only 30 minutes!!! Cant wait to see how strong I get ????????

  I love that the workout changes everyday! Israel is high energy and keeps all of the workouts fun and engaging! He kicks my butt and makes sure I’m giving 110% for the full 30 minutes! Oh and I love that I get a hard full body workout in just 30 minutes! I can never think of an excuse to skip the gym anymore!
