Recently started attending this hidden gem of a fitness center, whoa is it great or what. The trainers are amazing, they work with you to help you get results and the workouts are just fun! It's a no frills, very serious training gym. You will not regret coming here.

Attended the Black and Red Open here last weekend. Very well organized with tons of helpful volunteers. The facilities are very nice and have just about everything a lifter could want. Would love to come back for a drop-in one day.

Always friendly. I enjoy the open space. This way you can move around when it comes to your workout. That is great for those of us that don't really care for machines. You can't get no better.

What a gorgeous facility!

Tyson's Playground hosted a lifting event I was apart of at their place and I was blown away by how nice and huge the building was. It was endless racks and weights and free space!

I don't go here as a regular because it is a bit out of my way- but what a great layout. Wish I could go here!

I will say- I passed it a few times before I actually found the building.
