  I had to travel from Maryand to the King of Prussia location due to the availability their location had as I needed a last minute consultation for my daughter to travel internationally in the next 5 days. The Maryland branches closest to me closed during the busy travel season of summer leaving me to have to travel to a PA location. When I got to the location, after an 1hour and a half drive, I found out I had booked the appointment for the next day. The nurse there was packing up and ready to leave. I explained my dilema and she would not have me go home and come back, " that is just not right," she said. " Let me see if I can get your appt changed for today." She did and we were able to get the information and vaccines needed for my daughter to be safe while enjoying her trip to Egypt. I am so thankful for Cathy and her willingness to help me, even though it was completely my fault for not realizing the difference in the dates. Cathy is truely customer service oriented and an asset to her company. I would travel the 1 hour and a half drive to see her again for further travel needs. I am glad, due to circumstances I had to make this trip to her location. She and passport health get 5 stars from me and my family.

  Susan was so helpful and thorough in showing us what vaccines we needed to get and gave us a detailed booklet on things to pack, things to be aware of customized for our trip. She also offered us travel pacs that had a lot of medication/pharmacy items that we can use, as needed, on the trip. I appreciated that she had these items on hand, that we could purchase and not have to seek them out on our own. She answered all our questions and gave us vaccines cards that detailed the immunizations that we just got. Highly recommend Passport Health for travel medicine needs. We will definitely be using them again :)

  I almost did not go to Passport Health because of mixed reviews. Well, I am SO glad I trusted my gut because the experience was nothing short of wonderful.
  Sue was extremely helpful. She truly cared about me and my trip, not to mention her knowledge on travel and medicine is phenomenal. She never once tried to get me to purchase medicine I did not need. In fact, she was very honest and upfront about what was and was not a risk. I ended up leaving paying less than what I originally thought I would have to put out.
  If you want someone honest and caring, who will not scam you - go see her. The experience was pleasurable, simple, and successful.
