(UCP) is celebrating over 50 years of serving your communities! UCP helps raise public awareness and understanding of people with cerebral palsy.
Concerned individuals and parents of children with cerebral palsy established United Cerebral Palsy of Delaware in 1953. This small group hoped to raise the public's awareness and understanding of the special needs of children with this disability.
